CBT Treatments

Cognitive behavioural therapy is a psychotherapy that helps you change how you behave and think while helping you treat OCD, depression, PTSD, and anxiety disorders. We have highly skilled and experienced CBT therapists who offer short-term, structured, present-based and result-oriented therapies. We typically recommend sessions between four weeks and six months to achieve the desired outcomes, depending on the issue you want to overcome.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a comprehensive therapy that encourages the patient to pay attention to the traumatic memory for a brief time while also undergoing bilateral stimulation; usually, eye movements are linked to a decrease in the emotional intensity of the traumatic memories.  It helps you recover from past traumatic events affecting your physical or mental well-being.   It includes using side-to-side eye movement and talk therapy in a structured way.
